Refund Policy

1. Professional Services Engagements

Given the highly customized and resource-intensive nature of Axiore's consulting and technological transformation services, refunds are generally not provided once a project phase has commenced. Billing milestones and deliverables are strictly defined within each Statement of Work (SOW) prior to engagement.

2. Cancellation Prior to Commencement

If a project is cancelled by the client prior to the official commencement date (as defined in the signed SOW), Axiore will refund any deposits paid, less a 15% administrative and resource-allocation fee. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing to your designated engagement manager.

3. Milestone-Based Refunds

For extended engagements, payments are tied to specific deliverables. If a client chooses to terminate an engagement midway, they will be billed only for the milestones completed and hours accrued up to the date of written termination notice. Any prepaid amounts exceeding the value of work delivered will be refunded within 30 business days.

4. Disputed Deliverables

If you are unsatisfied with a specific deliverable, you must notify Axiore in writing within 10 business days of receipt. We will work diligently to rectify the issue at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved to the specifications outlined in the SOW, a partial refund for that specific deliverable may be negotiated.
